Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is a large primeval forest located in south-western Uganda in the Kanungu District. The forest is on the edge of the Albertine Rift, the western branch of the East African Rift, at elevations ranging from 1,160 to 2,607 metres.

Day 1

Arrive Entebbe, Uganda

Upon arrival in Entebbe, you are met by our Africa For You Travel representative and transferred to your tranquil hotel fronting Africa’s largest lake. Enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure.

Day 2

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park | Into the Mist

Fly to the Kisoro airstrip and transfer to your permanent tented campsite in the mist-swathed mountains of the park, enjoying some time at leisure.

  • Meals-Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner.
Day 3

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park| Encounter of a Lifetime

Today, trek through the park’s dense vegetation, travelling up and down its steep slopes in search of the resident mountain gorillas. Your guides use their experience, knowledge of the gorillas’ habits and information from the previous day to locate them. Once the gorillas are spotted, observe their subtle social interactions, remarkable behaviors closely resembling our own.

Day 4

Depart Entebbe

Enjoy a scenic flight from the Kihihi airstrip back to Entebbe, where a reserved dayroom awaits for you. Later, transfer to the airport for your international departure.
